At Arketa Foundation we believe each woman is enough.
Our logo holds great meaning to us. Circles are strong, and powerful symbols representing the strength and connectivity in a women's circle. It starts and ends at the same point; going back together & creating a stronger bond.

Our Mission
The Arketa Foundation aims to increase women and girls' awareness, confidence, and safety by empowering them with situational awareness, boundary setting, emotional & psychological safety, and self-defense skills.
Our Vision
In an increasingly dangerous world, it's essential that women and girls have the tools they need to stay safe.
When it comes to violence prevention, verbal and psychological skills must come into play before any physical skills can be employed- Just having physical skills is not enough! However, many verbal and psychological skills are not intuitive, they need to be taught.
At Arketa Foundation, our goal is to train, educate, and empower as many women and girls as possible with these life-changing, potentially life-saving skills. Being confident and safe contributes to our freedom!
